Residents in these bed spaces should not tamper with the Cisco Access Point box, however, if you need wired internet access you may plug your device directly into the Cisco box the Ethernet port is located under the box. Please do not use personal WiFi routers as it could disrupt the functionality of the new in-unit WiFi system.

The password for the in-unit WiFi is separate from the WiFi system in the Clubhouse and the Graduate Villa and will have a different password which will change quarterly. Residents will be notified in advance of the new password so all devices laptop, cell phones, smart TVs, etc… can be updated accordingly. You may use your own ball or check one out at the front desk using picture ID. Barbecues There are several grills located in the undergraduate section of Vista del Campo.

Hours of operation are am until pm. Residents and guests may not use the BBQs past pm. The Community Center grill may be reserved by completing a room reservation request form, available at the front desk. Lounges There are two undergraduate lounges located on either end of the undergraduate section.

The lounges are open hours per day and are equipped with a laundry room, flat screen television, comfortable seating, study tables and restrooms.

Card access to these lounges is limited to undergraduate residents. Laundry machines are operated via the Speed Queen mobile application. There are 3 laundry rooms available for use by VdC undergraduates. The largest is located on the 1st floor of the Community Center. The two smaller rooms are located in the undergraduate lounges. Residents may call for assistance with machines. Blue Emergency Phones There are a number of blue emergency phones located throughout the property.

Appeals: Residents have the right to appeal conduct decisions. Appeals must be submitted in writing and addressed to the Associate Director of Housing Operations.

Appeal letters must be received by the Associate Director within five 5 business days of the date of the sanction letter. Appeal decisions will include a review of all written materials, and may also involve meetings with the staff and other residents involved in the incident. Original sanctions may be upheld, modified, increased, decreased or reversed. Appeals will only be considered based upon one or more of the following circumstances:.
